Great location right next to the gondola (literally steps away! ). The food was delicious with a solid buffet breakfast to fuel a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable.

The elevators were a hassle too. often stopping at every floor and causing delays prompted me to take the stairs more often than I'd like. The room could use better air circulation, as it felt warm even with the air conditioning on, which might be tricky for light sleepers. parking fees bit a little deep at €21 a day, and knowing if a spot would even be available felt like a game of chance.

We had an awesome stay! The family room was cozy and warm. The 4 single beds were perfect for our kids. The staff were super nice and always ready to help out. Breakfast was yum, especially the fresh pastries. Just wish there were more cups in the room. we had only one for all of us. 10/10 experience overall!

The parking situation needs addressing too. It's a hassle not knowing if there will be a spot when you arrive, especially in peak season. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but think some refinements in noise control and parking management could enhance the overall experience.
